Shipping Policy
We have Japan, The United States, Poland and China warehouses that can ship to all over the world, we will choose a suitable warehouse according to the customer's country.
Generally we will ship your package within 24 hours after receive your order on business days. In special situation such as product pre-sales or out of stock, we will explain the shipping time on the product page.
After shipping, we will notify the customer tracking number and logistics URL by email, customer can also find shipping details user center after login in our website.
The delivery time is based on the customer's country. Generally, customers can receive the package within one week after it shipped if they choose local warehouse, and if customers choose China warehouse, the delivery time will be 7~15 days. Of course, due to other factors such as COVID-19, the national import policy changes, there is a certain delay in the logistics timeliness.
We support 24 months warranty for official store and Amazon store orders, customers need to register on the warranty page first (https://bigblue-tech.com/ pages/warranty).
If there is a package loss or damage during transportation, we support refund and resend. We will contact with the customer as soon as possible.
Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
- Custom-order or personal items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. Refunds usually take some processing time to clear the account.
