- Time-based: This selection works best for dayshift jobholders when the sun is shining, the solar energy will be stored in the POWAFREE Cell-Pack 2500 solar battery. Plus, it takes advantage of drawing power from the battery during peak times.

- Watt-hour-based: Users can select this mode if they only want to charge the POWAFREE Cell-Pack 2500 solar battery to a certain percentage. POWAFREE PV-Route 800 controller will switch the solar power generated to the home grid when reaches the specific wattage. 

- Self-storage: Store solar power directly in the POWAFREE Cell-Pack 2500 solar battery. principles:
