POWAFREE Balcony Solar is more than just a power station. You are getting a compact energy storage system - a combo of a PV controller, battery system, and flexible solar panels.

NOTE: Check the local regulation on the upper limit allowed for solar system installation. If you are from the Europe region, the standard is 800W whereas some countries would be 600W (but POWAFREE caters both). You don't need to register with an operator as opposed to just the traditional roof- or ground-mounted solar systems.

Indeed, cold climates are actually optimal for solar panel efficiency. Hence, as long as sunlight is hitting the solar panels, it will generate electricity.

Yes, as long as your solar panel system meets the entry requirements to POWAFREE PV Controller. The maximum input should be less than 800W, within the voltage range is 12-60 VoC and a current max of 15A can be used. Take note that input voltage that exceeds the input range can cause permanent damage to the POWAFREE PV Controller.

The POWAFREE PV Controller connects your installed solar panel to POWAFREE Battery Pack, with another end to the microinverter.
