Check if your power station is well connected to the solar panel (a loose connection may cause sparks), or if the connecting cable works normally. Re-plug the cable or try with another cable.
BigBlue strictly follows the standard defined under IEC 60904 (Class A+) for the solar simulator performance requirements in testing our product. Use a multimeter to check if the current and voltage of the power station are within the accepted range. To protect your safety, connect the multimeter without any light conditions.
The amount of sunlight, weather, or shade may cause fluctuations in the power output of the solar panel that prevent your power station from charging. In this event, try placing the solar panel in more direct sunlight or wait for the weather to clear. In order to get the maximum solar energy, please adjust the solar panel toward the sun.
