Where are the products shipped from?

We will send products to the US/JP/EU warehouse when we finish production, and then distribute them to the world from the US/JP/EU warehouse.

How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Generally we will ship your package within 24 hours after receiving your order on business days. In special situation such as product pre-sales or out of stock, we will explain the shipping time on the product page.
