1. What type of battery does the CellPowa 2500 portable power station use?
2. What appliances can be charged via the CellPowa’s AC output port?
Loaded with 1,843 watt-hours capacity and rated at 2,500 watts output, while powering up to 15 devices simultaneously; CellPowa 2500 is the centerpiece designed for the class-leading power station for home backup, off-grid life, and professional work. Plus, the extra feature via its ‘Utmost-BTM Charging’ (boost-up mode), with the capability to boost up the output to 3,500 watts when connected to heavy-duty devices.
NOTE: Still and all, do ensure the total charging output does not exceed the rated power.
3. How does the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) operate?
The CellPowa 2500 portable power station supports pure sine wave Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to replenish and maintain the power supply (switches from the power grid to battery supply) in a split of 10 milliseconds when the incoming power from the power grid is interrupted.
NOTE: do enable the ‘AC Charging Mode’ for this UPS feature.
4. Why should overcharge and over-discharge be avoided?
Overcharging and over-discharge will shorten the battery’s life span. It is recommended to keep the battery charged between 20% and 80%.
5. Can I use third-party solar panels to recharge this product?
Yes. You can connect via an XT60 female connector to any solar panel, with an output range of 12-65V / 22.5A (max. 25A), and an input of 1,200W to recharge the CellPowa 2500 power station. Do not mix using a different types of solar panels.
6. When the CellPowa 2500 is discharged to 0%, why can't the CellPowa 2500 be charged while the AC input / solar panel / vehicle charging is well-connected?
In this case, do not immediately unplug (or plugin) the input cable. Disconnect and reconnect (plug-cycled) the input cable after a 5-second. Preferably, please don't fully discharge your power station whenever possible. This will severely damage the lifespan of the battery.
NOTE: Ideally, please recharge your unit when the battery level is around 5%.
7. Why is the global positioning system (GPS) reporting feature is not working properly especially indoors?
Be that as it may, the GPS signal will be obstructed by walls, vehicles roofs, tall buildings, mountains, etc. However, a GPS signal is strongest under a clear sky.
8. What is the casing of the CellPowa 2500 made of? Is it environmentally friendly?
The casing of CellPowa 2500 is made of premium and durable flame-retardant polycarbonate ABS alloy (PC-ABS with UL94V-0 rated). It has improved strength and thermal resistance. The material is environmentally friendly.
