WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I NEED TO RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after placing the order but before shipment, a 3.85% processing fee (charged by the finance provider) will be applied. To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team with their order number. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued within 2-5 business days to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.
Customers are advised to email us at email@example.com before organizing returned items. You may return goods for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 30 days. However, in cases of exchange, approval by BigBlue is necessary before any change of heart can be processed. No exchanges will be authorized after 30 days of the purchase date (this excludes the returns for defects or quality issues which can be accepted after the inspection and approval by BigBlue).
All merchandise purchased from BigBlue is sold in its original factory packaging – with varying exceptions for refurbished products – with all contents as supplied by the manufacturer. Merchandise can only be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and warranty cards.
If any of the above conditions are not met, BigBlue reserves the right to refuse the product return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon approval of your return, your refund will undergo processing, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment or credit card used for the transaction, within a reasonable timeframe.
For refunds related to customer preferences (e.g. change of mind, wrong item purchased, incorrect address provided) made within the 30-day return period, please note that a 6% processing fee (charged by the finance provider) will be applied.
In the event that you have not yet received your refund, do verify your bank account. Following this, we advise reaching out to your credit card company or financial institution, as there might be a delay before the refund is formally reflected. If these steps have been taken and your refund has not been received, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Products purchased can only be exchanged in case of defectiveness in products. Should you require an exchange for your product, send an email to email@example.com. Ensure that the email includes a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase, the serial number of the item, and any relevant images showcasing the damage (if applicable). For further assistance, you can also use the chat function on the BigBlue website.
Upon receipt of the original unit, the replaced unit will only be delivered from the warehouse. It is important to note that the duration for an exchanged product to reach you will vary based on your geographical location. Your convenience is our priority throughout this process.
Shipping Fees Occurred
BigBlue covers shipping costs for product returns under the following conditions:
• Defectiveness in product
• Incorrect product delivered
It is important to note that under any circumstances other than those specified, the customer assumes responsibility for any return shipping costs associated with product returns. These costs are subject to variation based on the shipping location.
Any form of modification on the product will void the warranty. In the event that modified products are returned to BigBlue, they will be dispatched back to the customer at the customer's expense.
For returns that have been approved, BigBlue will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Your understanding of these conditions is greatly appreciated.
