SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
BigBlue offers free shipping to the USA and European Union countries. Some remote shipping destinations, however, are restricted or do incur additional costs. For any order subject to additional shipping costs, BigBlue will contact you directly. Should you decline any additional shipping expenses, BigBlue will happily refund your purchase.
International Shipping
For Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Asian countries, we ship from our China warehouse. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
BigBlue does not ship to PO Boxes. Do note that shipping restrictions do apply to some products. Do contact BigBlue if you are uncertain about any applicable shipping conditions pertaining to your order.
HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Order processing at BigBlue is subject to two business days and the stock availability of your purchase. Though unlikely, should for any reason your order be out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be contacted by BigBlue. BigBlue customers are entitled to a full refund should they not wish to wait for out-of-stock items to arrive in the country.
BigBlue’s business days are between 9 am and 5 pm (GMT +8), Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed nor are they shipped on weekends or public holidays (recipient’s country).
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
BigBlue uses a variety of courier companies to deliver orders. Shipping duration and delivery times vary between couriers and shipping locations. The standard shipping time is 3-5 business days for domestic shipping & 7-15 business days for international shipping. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
BigBlue is not responsible for lost or damaged packages either purchased online. We do not accept responsibility for delays as a result of courier error or if you or someone nominated by you is not available to accept the goods.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
BigBlue customers are advised to email us at support@bigblue-tech.com before organizing returned items. You may return goods for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 7 days. However, in cases of exchange, approval by BigBlue is necessary before any change of heart can be processed. No exchanges will be authorized after 7 days.
All merchandise purchased from BigBlue is sold in its original factory packaging – with varying exceptions for refurbished products – with all contents as supplied by the manufacturer. Merchandise can only be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and warranty cards.
If any of the above conditions are not met, BigBlue reserves the right to refuse the product return.
