How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

Generally we will ship your package within 24 hours after receiving your order on business days. In special situation such as product pre-sales or out of stock, we will explain the shipping time on the product page.

Where are the products shipped from?

Our products are shipped from different locations based on your region. For customers in the US and EU, we send products to local warehouses after production, and then ship to domestic regions. For Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and countries in Asia, we ship internationally from our China warehouse. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
