1, Why is the device charging slowly?

Charging may be slow if the charger or cable does not provide enough power, or if the charging protocols are incompatible. To resolve this, please use an adapter with power greater than 100W and a cable with a rated current of 5A.

2, Why can't the device be fully charged?

The device may not reach a full charge if temperature protection is triggered or if the input power is insufficient. Please use the device in a cooler environment and use a charger with power of 100W or higher.

3. Why won't the device turn on?

The device may not turn on if the battery is completely drained. Please charge the device for 10 minutes and then check if it powers on.
